Upholstery mostly intact but with some wear, fraying and stains. Frames likewise intact, some minor looseness to joints. Gilt finish with areas of wear, the backs are much brighter then the fronts, the arms showing wear consistent with use, each having scattered chipping and loss to the gilt with gesso exposed. underside of frames painted.
