Three piece sterling silver tea set manufactured by John Cope Folkard in London, England at the beginning of the reign of George IV between 1821-1822. Includes: a teapot measuring 6" high by 11-1/2" wide from spout to handle and weighing 23.85 ozt; a small cream pitcher measuring 3-3/4" high by 7" wide from spout to handle and weighing 9.00ozt; and a two-handled sugar bowl measuring 3-1/2" high by 9" wide from handle to handle and weighing 12.15ozt. Total weight of the set is 45 ozt. All measurements are approximate. In overall good condition consistent with age and use.
