Early 1900s 48 star flag measuring approximately 9' long by 4'6" wide. Some minor staining but in overall good condition consistent with age. In 1912, two stars were added, representing Arizona and New Mexico, bringing the total number of stars to 48, arranged in six rows of eight stars each. there are thirteen stripes representing the thirteen original colonies. This flag flew from the fourth of July, 1912, to the third of July 1949.
