Chinese, 20th century. A Chinese Rose Medallion vase later converted into a lamp with gilt brass dragon footed base, collar, and neck. Square cartouches on the vase depict traditional figural scenes of courtly figures, with cartouches surrounded by clusters of precious objects and chrysanthemum blossoms. With ivory linen beaded shade. Approximately 36.5" tall x 12.25" wide at base. Provenance: Former catcher with the Chicago Cubs and one of Nashville's most prolific restaurateurs.
