circa 1910 THIS LOT IS BEING SOLD WITHOUT RESERVE gouache and ink on paper image size 17. 1 x 9.5 (6 3/4 x 3 3/4 in.) PROVENANCE Acquired from the artist`s widower, Nikolay Troshin LOT NOTES Olga Deineko was born in Ukraine and studied at VKhUTEMAS under Ilya Mashkov. She worked as a graphic artist and designer, and was a member of Society of Revolutionary Poster Designers. The wife of Nikolai Troshin, she was also well known as childrens book illustrator in the late 1920s and early 1930s.
