Chinese, 19th century. A large green glazed temple urn form earthenware pottery lidded jar, with six applied loop handles around neck above a band of molded dots in relief, with an unglazed band around tapered base and lid with applied knob in form of mythical beast, possibly a foo dog or guardian lion. Unmarked. Approximately 18 1/4" tall x 5 7/8" diameter at opening.
