Chinese painting on silk depicting a thieving man in a light green robe running barefoot holding the red rein of a white and black horse in an attempt to steal the animal, while a figure in gold to pale yellow or gold desperately holds on to the other rein pulling the horse back to stop the thief. Apparently unsigned. Framed approximately 21.25" x 35.75". Sight size approximately 13" x 27.25".
