Japanese, 20th century. "Bird on Snowy Branch", watercolor and gouache on silk, inscribed lower left with black calligraphic marks and red seal. Painting depicts a single small blue, brown, and white feathered bird with rosy chest sitting on a snow covered branch with snowy bamboo leaves behind. Framed approximately 10 7/8" x 14 7/8", sight size approximately 8 1/8" x 11 7/8".
