Oriental metal lidded pumpkin shaped vessel with hand painted polychromed decoration of red flowers and butterflies with green leaves and gilt scrolled foliate accents on black ground. Pumpkin form vessel with removable top with metal leaf and stem form finial. Unmarked. Raised on a pierced circular wood base. Height of decorated pumpkin pot 4 inches. Diameter (at widest point of pot) 5 inches.
