Chinese, late 19th/ early century Qing Dynasty. A collection of three lidded ginger jars with cobalt blue underglaze decoration on white ground in the traditional Double Happiness motif, with the archaic form characters boldly emblazoned up on a field of meandering vines punctuated by lotus blossoms, two with bands of meandering key to shoulder and porcelain lids bearing the same calligraphic character, one with later carved wood lid. Jar with wooden lid marked to underside with unknown cobalt underglaze mark and indistinguishable red stamp. Approximately 8" tall, 8.5" tall, and 9" tall.
