Chinese porcelain dish or plate with scalloped shaped and raised rim, the interior border with cobalt underglaze and colorful leafy floral enamels, the octagonal shaped center painted with an exterior figural scene of a scholar examining or perhaps painting a scroll with two female attendants. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 1.75", diameter 11".
