Sally Mann (American, b. 1951) Emmett, Jessie and Virginia , 1989, from the series Family Matters . Inscribed to "Will" with a birthday dedication, and signed "Sally + Larry" in brown ink on the verso. Gelatin silver print, image size 7 5/8 x 9 5/8 in. (19.4 x 24.5 cm), framed. Condition: Handling creases, especially l.l. corner, the inscription on the verso has been partially obscured by water damage. Provenance: Gift of the artist to a private Massachusetts collection.
