Chinese, Qianlong Period mark (1736-1795), likely 20th century. A round cloisonne charger with floriform shaped edges, the front central medallion with a cobalt blue five-clawed dragon in flight amid cloud scrolls and flames to a mustard yellow ground, the wide bordering band set in light blue with green, cobalt, yellow, and red motif of chrysanthemum blossoms on meandering vines, the plate back in allover teal blue with a ring of six yellow, cobalt, and red bats. Marked to plate back in cloisonne with four character Chien Lung imperial reign mark. Diameter approximately 14.25".
