19th century of bowfront form, fitted with two short drawers over three graduated long drawers, raised on splayed legs. Height 42 x width 41 1/2 x depth 20 1/2 inches. Property from the Estate of Daphne H. Wetmore, Hinsdale, Illinois In overall good, stable, usable condition. Having fairly even finish throughout with light surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use, some fading to top. Some tight age splits to veneer, front left corner of top with triangular veneer loss, back right corner also with chipping to veneer. Tight age splits to both sides. Each drawer opens and closes smoothly, pulls replaced to each. All drawers originaly with locks, now one is lacking. No keys. Some blocks missing to underside.
