Likely J. Locker, Dublin, 1761 having acanthus-topped S-scoll handles, the body decorated with a beaded band. marked on underside 13 ozt 6 dwts Height 6 inches. Property from the Estate of Nadine P. Martens, Glen Ellyn, Illinois One side of top rim dented; slightly out of round. Scattered minor dents throughout. One handle apparently with a small area of older soldered repair joining the body of the cup. Surface scratches consistent with age. There are no areas that feel "thin" enough to suggest that a monogram or cypher was removed.
