19th century comprising a Tower jug surmounted by a jester finial above a body in the form of a tower with a continuous band of dancing figures in Medieval attire, together with a commemorative Shakespeare jug and charger decorated with a profile medallion, each with impressed numbers and a date cipher to the underside. Height of tallest 12 3/4 inches. Property from the Collection of Rhoda Rosenthal, Chicago, Illinois Each in good, stable condition. Each with crazing to the glaze and light shelf wear to the foot rim. The pewter lid of the Tower jug slightly warped, but rests flush on the spout. The Shakespeare jug with scattered, minor areas of glaze skip. Both hinges intact. The charger with minor frets to the edge.
