painted to depict a draped maiden within a gilt decorated floral border, the central reserve signed Wagner, the reverse titled Graziosa and bearing a beehive mark in underglaze blue. Diameter 9 5/8 inches. In good, stable and complete condition without chips or cracks. Light surface wear to the painted decoration, as well as minor surface scratches and a few minute areas of loss to the gilt decoration. Minor shelf wear to the foot rim. Examination under UV light reveals no evidence of retouch.
