(Italian, 18th Century) Woman Washing Bowl oil on canvas 12 x 9 inches. In decent, stable condition consistent with age. Craquelure throughout, with general layer of grime to the surface of the canvas. Appears that the subject's proper-right hand has been retouched, and is awkwardly configured. General tight age splits and an area of loss in the lower-left corner. Examination under UV reveals an even varnish. Canvas is likely lined, Given that the edges of the visible canvas fluoresce along the frame.
