japy freres, 19th/20th century the rectangular case surmounted by five finials and decorated with foliate swags, centered with an enameled dial having Roman numeral hours and Arabic numeral minutes, raised on a shaped base ending in toupie feet, with a time and strike movement. Height 16 1/2 inches. Clock does not wind and is not running. Good condition with fairly even patina; scratches and minor discolorations consistent with age.
