19th century having a galleried marble-inset top with canted corners above a drawer and a fall-front writing surface opening to a fitted interior, further fitted with three drawers and raised on square tapering legs. Height 61 x width 22 1/2 x depth 15 5/8 inches. Property from the Estate of Gerard Planchon, Paris, France and Naples, Florida In good, stable usable condition. Marble to top intact without cracks or repairs. Gallery complete but slightly bend, having a fairly even dirty patina. Drawers all open smoothly. Bottom three drawers and fall front with locks, having two keys. Fitted interior with five drawers, leather to writing surface worn, some ink staining to interior. Some age separations to drawer bottoms. Exterior with even finish having light surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use. Fall front has a vertical age split visible trough the veneer.
