late 19th century each having a ribbon and foliate carved crest above an Aubusson upholstered back, sides and cushion seat, raised on five fluted cylindrical tapering legs. Height 39 x width 37 3/4 x depth 28 inches. Each in good, stable, usable condition. Frames intact with fairly even finish throughout, some light surface wear (nicks and scratches) consistent with age and use. Some areas of likely touch up to gilt finish. Some slight age separations at joints. Carving to crestrails differ slightly. Upholstery intact, appears faded.
