Jean-Michel Basquiat (American, 1960 - 1988) untitled & unsigned framed mixed media under glass in a white wood painted frame, with framed height of 17-1/4" and width of 16". Piece itself is painted onto the back of a "Lights Cigarettes 100's" carton, & measures 14" at tallest point, and 12-1/4" in width. Comes complete with a letter of ownership from the owner, a longtime friend of the artist. Also comes with a copy of a photograph (available upon request for privacy protection) featured in "South Florida" magazine, in which the owner was shown wearing a hat given to him by Basquiat himself.
