After Aristide de Ranieri (Italian, 1865-1929), "Ahi La Bonne Pipe", late 19th/early 20th century, patinated metal, signed to base with Fabrication Francaise foundry mark. A reproduction sculptural lamp after the original bronze, depicting a boy leaning over a coal stove to light a pipe, wired for electricity, with a bulb and sheet of mica to the stove interior. Approximate height 10.5", width 10.5", depth 5.25".
