Minton (English, founded 1793), early to mid 19th century. A set of 8 porcelain plates, each having a scalloped edge, with a bright green ground, each centered with a gilt edged roundel depicting varying botanicals, the rimmed edge with a foliated and crosshatched salmon border with gilt detailing, with five roundels, each with multicolored flowers. Each with painted 5554 to reverse. Approximate height 1", diameter 9". Provenance: From the Private Collection of the Owner of Chelsea House.
