Japanese, 20th century. A collection of three pieces of plique à jour enamel comprising a lidded jar of round form having frosted clear ground decorated with colorful chrysanthemum blossoms and a pierced band to rim of lid, a low bulbous bowl with incurvate mouth having vibrant blue ground decorated with pink and green peonies and a pierced band to mouth, and a small bowl or cup of round form with flaring rim having yellow ground decorated with purple and blue chrysanthemum blossoms. Each piece with stylized chrysanthemum blossom to underside. Jar approximate diameter 5.125". Bowl approximate diameter 5.375". Cup approximate diameter 3".
