French, early 20th century. A pair of Neoclassical style gilt brass chenets or andirons, each having two footed and fluted urns decorated with floral swags and acanthus leaves atop a pierced gallery. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 20.125", width 14.25", depth 21".
