French, late 19th/early 20th century. A pair of neoclassical style lidded urns, each with a pierced stylized acanthine lid mounted with a grape cluster lift, with a fluted and beaded border, flanked on either side by two handles, with acanthus leaf tip decoration, on a tapering foot, the whole resting on a three-part squared base with acanthus, with a beaded capital, a squared shaft, and an a foliated foot. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 10.8", width 3.1", depth 3.1".
