Venetia Studium (London/Venice, founded 1994), contemporary. A Mario Furtuny designed 'Cesendello' floor lamp decorated with Murano glass, silk tassels and brass ornaments, hung from a net of silk cords is a spiral shaped shade decorated in the Oriental-Renaissance taste, the whole presented on a patinated bamboo frame and donut shaped base loosely covered with gathered silk fabric. Tag mounted just above base "Venetia Studium". Approximate height 69", width 15".
