Meissen (German, founded 1710- ), 20th century. A group of three reticulated porcelain pieces comprising a matched pair of porcelain cake stands or tazza along with a handled porcelain bonbon or candy dish. The tazzas with reticulated borders decorated with hand painted polychrome florals, heightened in gilt enamel raised on a decorated circular foot. The oval bonbon or candy dish modeled as a basket with gilt rim and handles and interior base with polychrome floral bouquet. All marked to the underside with underglaze blue crossed swords. Approximate height of tazza 2.62", diameter of top 8.12". Approximate height of basket 2", width 5.62"Provenance: Property from the Estate of Mr. Eskild Bondesen of Copenhagen, Denmark.
