Attributed to Meissen (German, founded 1710- ), late 19th/early 20th century. A group of three "Blue Onion" porcelain and metal covered water warming dishes, comprising a large oval handled footed warming dish having a conforming porcelain mounted oval bowl with dome shaped handled lid and two circular handled warming dishes, both porcelain mounted with dome shaped covers; one with fold down handles and surmounted with 'Blue Onion" porcelain finial handle. All with spouts having twist off covers and each porcelain bowl affixed to the base. Approximate height of oval warming dish 11.5", width 20" (handle to handle), depth 12.5" (not including spout). Approximate height of warming dish with porcelain finial 6.5", diameter of bowl 10". Approximate height of other dish 7", width 13.25" (handle to handle), diameter of bowl 10.37".
