Continental, likely French, early to mid 20th century. A Neoclassical style giltwood chandelier, having a giltwood ceiling mount in the form of an acanthine drop, holding four chains supporting a central giltwood support, round and acanthine in form with a pinecone form drop, with eight curved gilt metal arms, each terminating in a giltwood candle cup. Approximate height 45.5", diameter 33.25". Provenance: Estate of Mrs. Jane Carson Myre (heir to Coca Cola distributorship in Paducah, Kentucky) whereby acquired by a Private Collection in Paducah, Kentucky.
