French, late 19th/early 20th century. A Louis XVI style Neoclassical style settee, having a polychromed gray frame, with a rectangular, upholstered back with a carved overlapping leaf patterned crest rail accented by a ribboned bow, the corners accented with carved patera block finials, with sloping, scrolled fauteuil arms on foliated arm supports, over a bow-fronted upholstered seat, resting on tapering, spiral legs terminating in arrow feet. Upholstered in flax herringbone fabric. Approximate height 41.75", width 50", seat depth 24", seat to floor 18.5".
