Continental, 20th century with older elements. A fine Regence style ormolu mounted parquetry inlaid commode having a serpentine step molded Breche d'Alep marble top over a conforming two small and two long drawers, with figural cast handles and cartouche shaped escutcheons, the angles with finely cast acanthus chutes raised on splayed legs mounted with foliate sabots. Approximate height 34.75", width 54.25", depth 26.26".
