American, last quarter of 19th century. An Egyptian Revival mahogany sideboard, having a scrolled back splash, with a central breakfront bow front top over a conforming apron with a single sliding drawer, flanked on either side by a pedestal cabinet with an upper drawer, over a lower cabinet flanked on either side by two pilasters topped with gilt metal Egyptian masks and feet, with ebony line inlay overall, with gilt metal rosette pulls. Cabinets open to reveal an interior storage space over a bottle-storage drawers with leaded interior linings. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 45.25", width 65.25", depth 24".
