Ladies custom made 18k yellow gold, sapphire, and diamond ring, ca. 1980's, with twenty-two (22) step cut channel set natural sapphires (approximately 1.75 carats total weight) and fifty-six (56) modern round bead set diamonds (approximately 1.00 carat total weight, color range: G-H, clarity range: VS2-SI1). Marked on interior with “18kt" and “CSC”. US ring size approximately 6.5. Total weight approximately 9.8 grams. Provenance: Property from the Estate of Mrs. Diane Smith McIver, Atlanta, Georgia.
