Based on a original design created by Carl Faberge in 1902, the Imperial Gatchina crystal egg, from the Imperial palace Collection, is clear crystal mouth blown and copper wheel engraved, gold encrusted in St. Petersburg, Russia. Presented on a gold plated antique finish bronze Laurel stand. Egg is signed and numbered on side "Faberge 0869". The underside of foot is padded and stamped "FABERGE". Approximate height 6", diameter of foot 2.12".
