Ladies 18k white gold, sapphire and diamond trellis style ring with central, natural, prong set, round cut sapphire (measuring approximately 5. 94 x 5.90 x 3.27mm, approximately 0.91 carat total weight, color: medium blue, clarity: Si1-VS2) flanked by two natural, prong set, modern round brilliant cut diamonds (approximately 0.58 carat total weight, color: I-J, clarity: VS2-Si1). Apparently unmarked, acid tested as 18k quality. US ring size approximately 6.5. Total weight approximately 5.7 grams.
