Welsh, late 19th century. A carved oak cupboard in two portions, the upper portion having an overhanging molded cornice above three shallow shelves, the middle shelf with two angled, locking cabinets, each with carved, beveled triangular spandrels with applied oval bosses, with hammered metal dragon hinges, the lower portion with two outer cabinets, each with beveled triangular spandrels and applied oval bosses, with hammered metal dragon hinges, flanking two short interior drawers, each with tear drop pulls, with a molded apron, raised on two turned front legs with bun feet and squared back legs, with side stretchers. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 74.25", width 59.75", depth 20".
