After James Kelly (American, 1855-1933), "Sheridan's Ride", patinated cast bronze sculpture, unsigned. Figural sculpture depicting Gen. Philip Henry Sheridan riding on horseback and waving his hat on his famous ride to from Winchester. Incised on naturalistic base "SHERIDAN'S RIDE 1878". Overall raised on a black stone plinth base. Overall approximate height 24.25", width 18", depth 8".
