A "Melhor Jogador" Best Player trophy given to Pelé on June 2, 1971, when Santos FC played Guarani FC in the Campeãonato Paulista. The match was played at Guarani's Estádio Brinco de Ouro. Santos won, 1-0. The trophy, presented by Nova Atlântica e Casa X, features a metal winged victory figure standing on a metal and wood base.
