French, late 19th century. Four engravings from "Palais Et Chateaux de France" by Claude Sauvageot, published in Paris in several volumes in the late 1860's. This group comprises of Planche 1 from XVII Siecle: "Maison A Orleans"; Planche 1 from XVI Siecle: "Maison Rue De Grand Cert"; Planche 12 from XVI Siecle: "Maison Dite De Due Cerceau"; and Planche 10 from XVI Siecle: "Maison Dite De Francois 1". Each print inscribed within plate lower left and lower right "C. Sauvageot". Framed 24.5" x 19.5", unframed sight size 14.25" x 10".
