Eisenhower Jacket, Pants and Shirt Owned by Lieutenant Gus Sanders, and Later Tech 5 Wyatt, c. 1944-45, olive drab wool jacket body, 17th Airborne Battalion patch on the left sleeve, parachute wing, campaign bars, and a combat infantry badge on the left breast, Infantry and U.S. collar discs on the lapels, a presidential unit citation on the right breast, an 82nd Airborne "All American" Division patch, and an olive drab pair of trousers and shirt. Note: The jacket seems to have been owned by Lieutenant Gus Sanders, company C, 505th Parachute Infantry Regiment, and later owned by Wyatt of the 503rd Parachute Infantry Regiment. Both regiments served at Ft. Benning, Georgia.
