Etude Rutherford Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 Napa "Another stunner, and the best of the trilogy, is the 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford. Amazingly, this all came from the J.J. Cohn vineyard that produces the wine called Scarecrow today. Dense bluish purple in color with notes of incense, graphite, acacia flowers, blueberry and blackberry, as well as cassis fruit, this is a powerful, full-bodied, strong, rich quintessential Napa Cabernet Sauvignon that still seems quite youthful, but can be approached now. It should continue to drink well for another two decades. This is a gorgeous wine!" R. Parker for TWA, 96 pts. 04/14 6 bottles
