Chinese, 20th century. A pair of baluster form hand painted porcelain vases with blue underglaze decoration on white ground of courtly figural scenes within rectangular cartouches on either side of body surrounded by lozenge medallions with flowers within a field of dots and flowers, with a lappet band around base and pictorial vignettes around neck. Unmarked. Approximately 13 3/4" tall x 4 7/8" diameter at base.
