American, late 19th/ early 20th century. A Victorian vanity chair with scrolled back, the structure of chair from cast gilt iron and the scrolled back of cast gilt white metal or spelter, the trapezoidal seat with avocado green needlepoint decorated to center with white and pink flowers, the edge of seat with brass grommets over long rope fringe, the four legs united to middle with arched iron stretchers. Overall approximately 32.5" tall, seat height approximately 18" tall, seat approximately 13.25" wide.
