If the tax due on this transaction has been paid by you, please submit evidence thereof. If it has not been paid, kindly remit the tax plus interest of 14%, with the enclosed form on or before 10/8/59.” Monroe, husband Arthur Miller, and business partner and friend Milton Greene were photographed riding in this Thunderbird on July 2, 1956, driving from New York City to Roxbury, Connecticut.
