A Christmas card from John Lennon and Yoko Ono given to a friend circa 1971. The image is of the Statue of Liberty with her torch-holding hand replaced with a gloved fist. Text at the bottom of the image reads “Happy Xmas (war is over), Love, John & Yoko.” Above this text are preprinted signatures of Lennon and Ono. This card is known to have been printed in a smaller postcard size and sent as a holiday card to friends. A similar postcard size insert was included in the Sometime in New York City LP.
