Two Snuff Bottles, China, one cloisonne, flattened baluster-shape, the front and back decorated with lobed panels of scholar's accoutrements against a turquoise blue ground, sides and neck with gilt cloud motifs against a dark blue ground, the domed cover with brass spoon, four-character Qianlong mark on base, ht. 2 5/8; and an interior-painted snuff, flattened rounded rectangular form with a straight round neck and raised oval foot, depicting a horse beneath a tree to front and back, dated on one side, signed on the other, pale celadon stone cover, both well rounded, ht. 3 1/4 in.
