Italian, c. 1970s. A lacquered parchment waterfall desk, the rust-colored lacquered parchment top comprising of four seamed boards terminating in a waterfall base at left end, and joined to a small white lacquered three-drawer cabinet at right end comprising of two small drawers over one large drawer, all drawer sides comprising of oak secondary wood, overall lacquered to a high gloss finish. Approximate height 29", length 78", width 35.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Miss Charlotte Topping Smith (married name: Mrs. Rankin Smith) of Atlanta, Georgia.
