late 19th/early 20th century having a circular enameled dial with Arabic numeral hours flanked by a cherub reading a book, raised on a shaped rectangular base ending in toupie feet, bearing Fabrication Francaise foundry mark. Height 16 1/2 x width 15 3/4 inches. Both winding dials somewhat stuck. Pendulum swings, but doesn't sustain any longer than 30 seconds. Fretting and residue to the recesses of the case throughouts. All feet are loose to some degree.
